Returns
- Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
- Timeframe: You have 3 days from the date of purchase to return an item.
- Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at smrkshop2024@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions.
- Refunds: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
Replacements
- Eligibility: Items that are defective or damaged upon arrival are eligible for replacement.
- Process: To request a replacement, please contact our customer service team at smrkshop2024@gmail.com with your order number and details of the defect or damage. We may request photos of the damaged item.
- Shipping: We will cover the shipping costs for the replacement item.
